¡ß Job Position 3 : Director, Accounting & Tax (KICPA Required) : 30¸í Á¶Á÷ ÃÑ°ý ¹× ÀÚ¹®

¢Á Job purpose
  The Director is the Head of Department with full P&L accountability, manages all matters of the Accounting & Tax / HR & Payroll department, 
  ensures the quality of services performed to client companies. Working as key management team member to drive business direction, continuous improvement initiatives. 
  The services include accounting, corporate tax and HR & payroll. Lead and drive some country wide projects and initiatives as the most senior staff in South Korea office. 

¢Á Key responsibilities ; Accounting,Tax Advisory & Compliance, Foreign Exchange regulations
- Manage relationships with auditors, feeders, and local government as appropriate. 
- Oversee improvements in department KPIs within the country, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to drive improvements where necessary. 
- Prepare a department plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the department attains its objectives, 
 whilst ensuring risks are identified and appropriately managed and that the integrity of the Company is maintained. 
- Establish an appropriate organizational structure, ensuring correct elements of oversight and control across the lines of defense, 
 to ensure that client deliverables are met in accordance with internal policy and procedure. 
- Ensure the risk and compliance team remains independent, appropriately resourced, and has continuous access to the Board. 
- Ensure the Company develops and directs the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies 
 with relevant regulatory and other statutory regulations. 
- Hands-on manages all matters of the Accounting & Tax / HR & Payroll Department and ensures the quality of services performed to client companies. 
- Work with management team to ensure efficient and effective cooperation across different divisions. 
- Supervise and coach Managers 
- Lead projects which require highly skilled resources, e.g., US GAAP reporting/conversion, due diligence work based on agreed procedures, etc. 
- Review deliverables to key clients 
- Monitor and control the billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the Department
